President of the Republic of Finland Sauli Niinistö met with President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen on Thursday, 3 February 2022 in Mäntyniemi.
President Niinistö and President von der Leyen exchanged views on the Ukrainian situation and European security. President Niinistö emphasized the internal solidarity of the Union towards it members states, also when it comes to security policy.
